This session will focus on what it takes to be a teacher assistant and provide tips for navigating the demands of the job. The importance of communication, trust and respect, and clarification of roles and responsibilities will be explored. Participants will analyze the challenges of the profession and consider strategies/ideas that provide support to both students and teaching staff.
